Abuse Policy

We take reports of abuse on our network seriously and review all reports in order of priority.

How to Report

Send a report to [email protected]. We review every report.

What to Include

  • IP address of the incident source;
  • date and time with timezone (UTC preferred);
  • a description of the violation — what exactly happened;
  • logs or evidence where available;
  • a contact email for follow-up.

Response Time

  • standard reports — reviewed within 24 hours on business days;
  • critical incidents (DDoS, CSAM, malware) — priority handling, suspension within minutes.

Types of Violations

Critical (immediate suspension)

  • DDoS and network attacks
  • hosting CSAM
  • distribution of malware
  • phishing

Serious (investigation + suspension)

  • spam campaigns
  • copyright infringement
  • brute-force attacks
  • port scanning
