Terms of Service

This public offer agreement governs the provision of hosting services. The Company is FORESTSNET LTD (company number 16720670), registered at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX, incorporated on 16 September 2025. By placing an Order the Client fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.

Definitions

  • "Company" — FORESTSNET LTD, registered in England and Wales.
  • "Client" — an individual or legal entity accepting this Agreement.
  • "Services" — Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS): virtual and dedicated servers and related hosting services.
  • "Website" — forestsnet.cloud; "Dashboard" — the control panel at my.forestsnet.cloud.

Subject of the Agreement

The Company provides the Client with Services under these Terms. Specific types and prices of Services are set by the current Plans.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Company Rights and Obligations

The Company may

  • suspend or terminate Services for maintenance, security reasons or usage policy violations;
  • modify, update or discontinue Services with reasonable notice;
  • refuse service where fraud, abuse or illegal activity is suspected;
  • amend the Agreement and Plans with 7 calendar days notice.

The Company will

  • provide Services in accordance with the Agreement and Plans;
  • process payments and reflect them in the Dashboard within 24 hours;
  • provide technical support according to the Plan;
  • protect Client information and disclose it only where legally required.

Services are provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid over the preceding 12 months.

Client Rights and Obligations

  • use the Dashboard and manage Services;
  • pay for Services on time and provide accurate contact details;
  • comply with the Agreement and the Fair Use Policy (FUP);
  • not use Services for unlawful purposes and maintain independent backups.

Pricing and Payment

Current Plans are published in the Dashboard at my.forestsnet.cloud. The Client pays for Services before activation.

  • non-payment results in suspension after 3 days and deletion after 7 days;
  • auto-renewal is attempted 7 days before expiry and can be disabled in the Dashboard.

The Company is not responsible for data loss resulting from suspension or deletion due to non-payment.

Refunds

A refund for a purchased Service is available within 24 hours of purchase.

A refund of an unused account balance is available within 30 days of the top-up.

Refunds are not provided when

  • the Agreement or Fair Use Policy has been violated;
  • the account was blocked for fraud or illegal activity;
  • the Service term has expired;
  • outages were caused by force majeure.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Force Majeure

Force majeure includes natural disasters, power failures, ISP outages, major DDoS attacks, wars, terrorism, sanctions and emergency orders. Performance is suspended for the duration of the event; if it lasts more than 60 days, either party may terminate the Agreement.

Modification and Termination

The Client may terminate the Agreement at any time via the Dashboard; paid Services remain active until the end of the billing period. The Company may terminate for violation of the Agreement or FUP, unlawful use, non-payment for more than 7 days, or actions threatening infrastructure security.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiations. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, disputes are referred to the competent courts of England and Wales.
