Privacy Policy

The data controller is FORESTSNET LTD (company number 16720670), registered at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX, incorporated on 16 September 2025. We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What Data We Collect

  • email address — for authentication, notifications and support;
  • IP address — recorded on login for security;
  • payment details — processed by third-party providers; card data is not stored on our servers;
  • website usage data — pages visited, referral source, device and browser; collected through Google Analytics cookies (see “Cookies”).
We collect only what the service needs to run, plus visit statistics and advertising performance data.

We do not sell your data. For analytics and advertising we use Google services — see “Cookies”.

Data Storage

Account data is stored on secure servers in European data centres with encryption in transit (TLS). After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days. Analytics and advertising cookie data is stored by Google — see “Cookies”.

Processing is based on performance of a contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interest in securing the service; analytics and advertising cookies are based on your consent. You have the right to:

  • access, rectification and erasure of your data;
  • restriction of and objection to processing;
  • data portability in a machine-readable format;
  • withdraw your consent to analytics and advertising cookies at any time — with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page;
  • complain to the supervisory authority — the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use three kinds of cookies: session cookies, for signing in and using the Dashboard; analytics cookies — Google Analytics — to understand where visitors come from and how they use the site; and advertising cookies, to measure how our ads perform and show them to people who may be interested.

Analytics and advertising cookies are set only with your consent: on your first visit you can accept all, keep essential cookies only, or choose categories one by one. Without consent these cookies are not set, and Google receives only cookieless signals for aggregate statistics. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page.

Data from analytics and advertising cookies is processed by Google LLC, including outside the UK and the EU. You can also turn these cookies off in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
