Yes, we have live support. On weekdays we reply from 08:00 to 23:00, and on weekends from 12:00 to 00:00 (UTC+2). You can submit a request any time — we will respond during working hours.
We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Stripe) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDC, Litecoin). Funds are credited to your account balance, which is then charged for services.
The server is provisioned automatically right after payment — usually within a few minutes. Access details arrive at the email you provided at checkout.
