Symmetric bandwidth (rx and tx counted separately), only outgoing traffic is metered. Up to 50 TB is included per billing period; overage is €1 per TB, and with an empty balance the speed is shaped to 10 Mbit/s. A volume discount starts at 100 TB of total usage.

Yes, we have live support. On weekdays we reply from 10:00 to 22:00, and on weekends from 11:00 to 20:00 Polish time (Europe/Warsaw). You can submit a request any time — we will respond during working hours.
By bank card, via SBP or in cryptocurrency, with no fees on our side. Funds are credited to your account balance, which is then charged for services.
With SBP you can also link your bank account: you can then top up without a QR code and have your servers renew automatically. How to link your account is explained in our announcement.
The server is provisioned automatically right after payment — usually within a few minutes. Access details arrive at the email you provided at checkout.
Yes. A service refund is available within 24 hours of purchase, and an unused balance can be refunded within 30 days of top-up. See the Legal section for details.
Our servers are hosted in two data centres: the Netherlands (Eygelshoven) and Germany (Frankfurt). Both offer low latency for Europe and the CIS and a reliable network. You pick the location when you order.
