Fair Use Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

The Fair Use Policy (FUP) defines the rules for using our infrastructure. The goal is to ensure network stability and quality for all clients. The FUP applies to all Plans.

Allowed Usage

  • VPN servers and proxies (personal use)
  • web applications, APIs, databases
  • game servers
  • development and testing
  • media hosting and streaming

Throttled Under Load

  • VPN traffic during uplink congestion — reduced throughput;
  • heavy outbound traffic — over 90% port capacity for more than an hour;
  • peer-to-peer during heavy usage.

Restrictions are lifted automatically when network load returns to normal.

Prohibited Usage

  • DDoS and network attacks of any kind
  • spam and unauthorized bulk messaging
  • hosting CSAM or illegal content
  • infringement of third-party rights
  • cryptocurrency mining
  • port scanning and brute-force attacks on external resources
  • distribution of malware

Zero tolerance: DDoS, CSAM and malware distribution result in immediate suspension without warning.

Enforcement

  • first violation — email notification describing the issue;
  • repeat violation — temporary suspension of Services until resolved;
  • systematic violations — termination of the Agreement without refund.
