Possible email delivery delays on some providers

We are aware of a temporary email delivery issue. Some of our emails — registration confirmations, notifications and account recovery — may be delayed or fail to reach a number of mail providers.

• Proton Mail (proton.me, protonmail.com)
• Yandex Mail (@yandex.ru)
• Mail.ru (@mail.ru, @bk.ru, @inbox.ru, @list.ru)

What to do now

If you are waiting for an email and have not received it — first check your Spam folder. Where possible, register with a mailbox on a different provider (e.g. Gmail). If the email still does not arrive, contact our support and we will help you manually.

We are already working on a fix and will restore reliable delivery shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience.
